Today is the last day to join the Earth Adoration live meditation group with me.
The live virtual event begins tomorrow (July 26) at 7pm PT. I’ll set you up with the meditation theory and personally show you the subtleties of how this practice works, so that you’re ROOTED and ready for the heights of this meditation. Set aside 15-20 minutes for this introduction.
Friday morning at 7am PT, we’ll ease into the practice with the Mini Version. We begin with Invocation + Prayer to get centered and call on your Higher Beings for support. Then we drop into Meditation + Visualization for Mother Earth and focus on one of her elements—sending light to all bodies of WATER on this planet. (We start with water because it’s the lifeblood of Earth and all her inhabitants.) All the Love we give, we get back in kind from Mother Earth. Set aside 30 minutes for this class.
On Saturday, now that you’ve dipped your toe into the practice, we’ll go all in with the Full Version. We begin at 7am PT: Invocation, then Prayer, then a thorough blessing for each of Earth’s elements—from the deep sea, to the mountains, to the lush rainforests… and all the life contained in these ecosystems. Then the Full Version ends by calling you up to your highest, angelic self. You will leave this practice KNOWING what it feels like to be among the legion of angels—those who can turn everything they touch into Radiance. Set aside 55 minutes for this class.
Without Mother Earth’s offering of Her body and being-ness, humanity’s evolution wouldn’t be possible. As She supports us, we should support Her—like any healthy relationship. So, let us harness the energies of Divine Power, Divine Love, and Light to nourish Her… and all beings.
